Account Information: Name, email address, password, company name, role, and other registration details when you create an account.
Billing Information: Payment details (credit/debit card number, billing address) processed by our payment processor.
User Content: Any data, documents, or files you upload to the Service ("Your Data").
We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, log-in dates and times, IP address, browser type, and operating system.
We use essential cookies and browser storage for security, login, checkout when needed, and privacy preferences. Optional usage analytics remain off until you choose to enable them. Signing in does not enable analytics. Requested videos and demos remain available independently of analytics consent. Google Analytics supports website analytics; PostHog supports website and product analytics. Session recording is disabled. Use Privacy preferences on our website or in Settings to accept, reject, or withdraw optional permissions. Your choice applies to this browser, not your organization. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping analytics off. Video playback uses the published media file without Biteable’s player scripts. Supademo workspace tracking is disabled. Yogen processes role information, hiring plans, interview criteria and questions, and content entered into AI-assisted features. Managed DigitalOcean AI endpoints receive feature-specific prompts and context to produce responses. Optional salary-market lookup sends job title and location to LinkUp and, for US locations, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Do not enter unnecessary candidate personal information or sensitive personal data into these features. Yogen does not use identifiable customer content to train its own models.
Providers include DigitalOcean (hosting, database and AI), Cloudflare (security), Mailjet (transactional email), Paddle (merchant of record and billing), PostHog and Google Analytics (optional analytics), Sentry (limited error diagnostics), and Biteable and Supademo (requested videos and demos). Provider processing may occur outside your country. Customers determine the purposes of hiring content they submit; Yogen processes that content to provide the contracted service. We use account, billing, security and consent information to operate our own business.
Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—servers located outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms, to protect your data.
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain and use information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, secure data centers, regular backups) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability.
