Getting Started with Yogen

A practical path from understanding your hiring process to running a more structured interview.

  1. 1
    Understand your current process

    Run the Hiring Process Audit

Answer a guided set of questions about how your organization plans roles, interviews candidates, and makes decisions. The report highlights strengths, risks, and practical improvements.

  2. 2
    Give Yogen useful context

Review your profile and company information

Your personal and company details help keep generated material relevant. Owners and Admins can also invite teammates and maintain organization information in Settings.

  3. 3
    Prepare for an active role

Complete an Intake and build a Hiring Kit

The Intake captures what success looks like for a role, the skills that matter, and how the interview should work. When it is complete, Yogen organizes that information into a reusable Hiring Kit.

Your kit can include: a role summary, job description, interview stages, structured questions, decision guidance, and candidate-facing material.

  4. 4
    Build confidence through practice

    Explore Training

Use Mock Interview practice to strengthen interviewing skills, or rehearse a difficult workplace conversation in a private practice session. Each experience provides coaching you can apply in the real conversation.
